Denley Investment and Management Company was established in 1984, specializing in commercial real estate in the Hollywood and downtown Los Angeles areas.  Our portfolio currently consists of over thirty (30) properties all over Southern California.

In addition to leasing, our properties are available for short-term entertainment engagements.  Our unique properties and locations in Hollywood and Los Angeles, has attracted many film and production companies for major motion pictures, commercials, and photography.
