Completed in 1926, this six-story reinforced concrete structure, designed by the architectural firm of Morgan, Walls & Clements. Its eclectic cast stone decorations display Churrigueresque, Spanish Renaissance, Moorish, and Gothic details. The shallow auditorium, specifically designed for legitimate drama, places all patrons within hearing distance of the stage.
